Easy Breakfast Rolls





Serves 12 |
Warm, flaky, and filled with deliciousness.
Ingredients:
| 4 slices bacon |
| 8 oz ground breakfast sausage |
| 4 large eggs |
| 1 tablespoon milk |
| 1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
| 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely diced |
| 2 cans crescent dough sheets, 8 oz. |
| 1/3 cup chive and onion whipped cream cheese |
| 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the bacon and sausage in two separate pans over medium heat. Crumble while cooking. Remove the pans from the heat. Set aside.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, black pepper, and red bell pepper in a third pan. Scramble over medium heat until just set. Remove from the heat.
- Roll out the crescent dough on a floured surface. Spread the cream cheese evenly across the dough. Then add the scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up the dough tightly.
- Slice into 12 equal pieces. Place the rolls in the baking dish.
- Place in the oven to bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
