Fresh Strawberry-Watermelon Frozen Lemonade





Serves 4 |
Fruity, simple and refreshing. Enjoy this frosty beverage as the weather heats up.
Ingredients:
| 1 lemon, (juice and zest, plus more if desired) |
| Lemon wedges |
| Strawberries, (quartered, for garnish) |
| 2 cups seedless watermelon, (chopped) |
| 2 tablespoons sugar, (more for glass rim) |
| 4 cups ice, (crushed) |
| 32 oz strawberries, (hulled) |
Directions:
- Rub the rims of 4 glasses with the lemon wedges. Dip rims in a small bowl of sugar.
- Place lemon juice, strawberries, sugar, watermelon and lemon zest in a blender. Puree, add more sugar, lemon juice and zest if desired for taste.
- Once desired sweetness is achieved, add ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour frozen lemonade in glasses and garnish with strawberries.
