Classic Green Juice

Serves 1 to 2 | 

Ingredients:

1 Medium green apple, cored
1 Large cucumber
4 celery stalks
6 kale leaves, (about 1 bunch)
1/2 lemon, peeled
1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
 

Directions:

  1. Prep: Wash all product thoroughly. Core the apple, trim the celery, and chop ingredients into pieces appropriate for your equimpment. 
  2. Juicer Method: Feed all ingredients through your juicer, alternating between the hard product and leafy greens for the best yield.
  3. Blender Method: Place all ingredients into a high-Speed blender with 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water or coconut water. Blend on high until completely liquified. For a traditional juice consistency, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag.
  4. Serve: Stir fresh and enjoy immediately to experince the maximum freshness and nutritional value of your green juice.
