Garlicky Ground Turkey with Cauliflower Skillet





Serves 4 |
A balanced meal for busy nights.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter |
1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets |
1 lb ground turkey |
Sea salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
1 teaspoon smoked paprika |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
Directions:
- Place half of the butter in a large skillet. Bring to medium heat. Once hot, add the cauliflower florets, saute for 5-7 minutes, until tender and lightly browned. Transfer the cauliflower to a plate. Set aside.
- Add the remaining butter to the skillet and allow it to melt. Then add the ground turkey. Cook and stir for 5-6 minutes, until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Add the paprika, onion powder, and garlic. Stir together and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cauliflower and stir to mix. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for about 4 minutes.
- Divide among serving plates. Enjoy!
