Baked Steelhead with Honey Glaze





Serves 5 |
Ingredients:
| 2 lb Steelhead Trout |
| 1/4 cup butter |
| 2 garlic cloves |
| 2 tbsp honey |
| 2 tbsp brown sugar |
| 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar |
| 2 tbsp dijon mustard |
| 2 tbsp soy sauce |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan over low heat. Whisk in the remaining ingredients, except the fish. Heat until sugar is melted and all ingredients are combined.
- Place the fish in the center of a rectangle of foil. Pour the glaze over the fish and fold the packet around the fish.
- Let sit for 10 minutes to marinate.
- Bake for 10 minutes + 10 minutes for each inch of thickness. (20 minutes total for a 1” thick fillet.)
