Cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole





Serves 4 |
The classic dish with a yummy twist.
Ingredients:
| 1 cup elbow macaroni |
| 1/4 cup chopped onion |
| 1 cup chopped celery |
| 2 tablespoons butter |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 11 oz. |
| 3/4 cup milk |
| 1 can tuna, drained, 9 oz, |
| 1/4 cup chopped pimiento |
| 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain water and set aside.
- While macaroni is cooking, in a pan, cook onion and celery in butter, over medium heat, until tender.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk, then gently mix in tuna, pimiento, and the cooked macaroni. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
