Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches

Ingredients:
| 1 package ready-to-bake chocolate chip dough |
| 1 pint vanilla ice cream |
| Sprinkles, for topping |
Directions:
- Bake cookies according to package directions; cool completely.
- Place a generous tablespoon of ice cream onto flat side of one cookie. Top ice cream with the flat side of a second cookie to make a sandwich. Gently press cookies together.
- Roll sandwiches in sprinkles or mini chocolate chip morsels.
