Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches

Easily the tastiest frozen treat.

Ingredients:

1 package ready-to-bake chocolate chip dough
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Sprinkles, for topping

Directions:

  1. Bake cookies according to package directions; cool completely.
  2. Place a generous tablespoon of ice cream onto flat side of one cookie. Top ice cream with the flat side of a second cookie to make a sandwich. Gently press cookies together.
  3. Roll sandwiches in sprinkles or mini chocolate chip morsels.
Course: Dessert
