Heirloom Tomato Salad with Fresh Herbs [Bianchini's Market]

Serves 4 |
|2 lb heirloom tomatoes|
|Extra-virgin olive oil|
|Sea salt, to taste|
|Fresh ground black pepper, to taste|
|Freshly diced basil|
|Freshly diced Italian parsley|
|Freshly diced tarragon|
|Freshly diced chives|
- Slice tomatoes into various sizes and shapes, wedge, thick slices, thin slices.
- Arrange tomatoes on a large plate. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper over tomatoes. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over tomatoes. Top with fresh diced herbs and enjoy!
