Jell-O Shaved Ice

The perfect dessert for a hot summer day.

Ingredients:
| 1 box Jell-O, (any flavor) |
| 1 cup boiling water |
| 2 cups lemon-lime soda |
Directions:
- Pour boiling water and Jell-O into a square cake dish. Whisk Jell-O until dissolved.
- Add soda to mixture and stir together.
- Place dish in freezer and freeze for at least four hours or overnight.
- Remove from freezer, scrape with ice cream scoop and enjoy!
