Cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole

Serves 4 | 
The classic dish with a yummy twist.

Ingredients:

1 cup elbow macaroni
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup, 11 oz.
3/4 cup milk
1 can tuna, drained, 9 oz,
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain water and set aside.
  3. While macaroni is cooking, in a pan, cook onion and celery in butter, over medium heat, until tender.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk, then gently mix in tuna, pimiento, and the cooked macaroni. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
