Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

The perfect dip to enjoy during the big game.
Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1 cup chopped frozen spinach+ Add to Shopping List |
11/2 cups chopped frozen artichoke hearts+ Add to Shopping List |
6 oz cream cheese+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 cup sour cream+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 cup mayonnaise+ Add to Shopping List |
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 teaspoon salt+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Thaw spinach and artichokes in a bowl of water until tender. Discard liquid.
- Warm cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute or until hot and soft.
- Stir in sour cream, mayo, parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt and garlic powder. Once mixed, add in spinach and artichokes. Stir until well mixed. Serve hot.
