Red Wine and Cranberry Meatballs





Serves 54 meatballs |
Festive and utterly delicious!
Ingredients:
| 1 bag Italian-style meatballs, 3 lb. |
| 3/4 cup red wine |
| 2 cups whole berry cranberry sauce |
| 1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
| 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 teaspoons hot mustard |
Directions:
- Combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, red wine, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan. Simmer and stir for about 15 minutes.
- Add meatballs, stirring to coat, cook for about 5 minutes.
- Place meatballs and sauce in a slow cooker and set to low heat, cook for 4-5 hours.
