Bean and Sausage Soup

A satisfying soup that's ready in no time.

Ingredients:

24 oz vegetable juice
1 can chili with beans, 15 oz.
2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, with onions and peppers
8 oz sausage, cooked, halved lengthwise and chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan combine vegetable juice cocktail, chili beans, potatoes, and sausage. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes or till potatoes are tender.
  2. Sprinkle each serving with cheddar cheese.
