Tasty Tomato and Avocado Melt

One of the tastiest healthy cheesy sandwiches.

Ingredients:

1/2 avocado, sliced thin
Cayenne pepper, to taste
1 Roma tomato, sliced thin
4 slices bread, your preference
4 slices cheese, your preference
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to broil.
  2. Spread mayo thin on each slice of bread. Sprinkle a small amount of cayenne pepper over bread.
  3. Place avocado and tomatoes on two slices of bread. Top tomatoes and avocado with two slices of cheese. Complete sandwich with remaining slices of bread.
  4. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet in oven and broil for 2-4 minutes. (Sandwiches should be bubbly and browned)
  5. Remove from oven, cut sandwiches in half and enjoy!
