Oyster Soup

Serves 4 | 
A simple homemade soup with big taste.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup margarine
1 pint shucked oysters, undrained
2 cups milk
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat margarine in a saucepan until melted.
  2. Add oysters. Cook and stir over low heat just until edges curl. Remove from heat.
  3. Heat milk and half-and-half in separate saucepan. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, then add oysters.
Cooking Method: Pan-Fry
