Oyster Soup





Serves 4 |
A simple homemade soup with big taste.
Ingredients:
| 1/4 cup margarine |
| 1 pint shucked oysters, undrained |
| 2 cups milk |
| 1/2 cup half-and-half |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
- Heat margarine in a saucepan until melted.
- Add oysters. Cook and stir over low heat just until edges curl. Remove from heat.
- Heat milk and half-and-half in separate saucepan. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, then add oysters.
