Easy Pan Seared Coho Salmon

A dish that's as easy as 1-2-3!

Ingredients:

1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt, (more for taste)
2 Coho salmon fillets, (bones removed)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, (more for taste)
2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Heat saute pan to medium heat.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with vegetable oil. Sprinkle each fillet with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon in saute pan, cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook additional 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, transfer to plate and loosely cover with aluminum foil. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Cooking Method: Pan-Fry
Course: Dinner
