Beer Bratwurst with Sauerkraut





Serves 6 |
A fairly easy and tasty way to enjoy German cuisine.
Ingredients:
| 6 uncooked bratwurst |
| 1 can beer |
| 1 can sauerkraut, drained |
| 6 brat buns |
Directions:
- Place bratwurst in a resealable bag. Add beer to brats, seal shut and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-low. Remove brats from bag, drain liquid.
- Place brats on grill and cook for 20 minutes. Turn brats frequently.
- Transfer brats to a plate. Cover brats with sauerkraut, let stand for 5 minutes. Serve on buns.
