Beer Bratwurst with Sauerkraut

Serves 6 | 
A fairly easy and tasty way to enjoy German cuisine.

Ingredients:

6 uncooked bratwurst
1 can beer
1 can sauerkraut, drained
6 brat buns

Directions:

  1. Place bratwurst in a resealable bag. Add beer to brats, seal shut and place in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-low. Remove brats from bag, drain liquid.
  3. Place brats on grill and cook for 20 minutes. Turn brats frequently.
  4. Transfer brats to a plate. Cover brats with sauerkraut, let stand for 5 minutes. Serve on buns.
