Baked Alaskan King Crab Legs

Nothing beats Alaskan King Crab legs.

Ingredients:

3 lb Alaskan King Crab legs
1 stick unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, peeled & crushed
Kosher Salt, to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Over a low heat, melt the butter with the garlic and a pinch of salt in a small pan. Add the lemon juice and keep on low heat.
  3. Put crab legs on a baking tray, (approx 9 x 13) brush with melted lemon butter and place in oven.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with lemon butter. Reserve some of the butter to be used for a dip when the crab is served.
