Antipasto is the traditional first course of a formal Italian meal.

Ingredients:

1 jar kalamata olives, (drained and rinsed)
1 jar roasted red bell peppers, (drained and cut into uniform pieces)
4 oz sliced salami
1 bunch seedless red grapes
5 oz goat cheese, (log)
2 tablespoons parsley, (chopped)
Crackers, (for serving)

Directions:

  1. Arrange olives, red bell peppers, salami, and grapes on a serving platter.
  2. Roll goat cheese log in parsley then place on serving platter.
  3. Serve with assorted crackers.
Main Ingredient: Vegetables
Course: Appetizer, Lunch, Dinner
