Serves 8 | 
An easy slow cooked roast that's tendr, rich and flavorful.

Ingredients:

2 pounds chuck roast, (boneless)
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can beef broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Place roast on bottom of slow cooker. Add dry onion soup mix, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on low 9-10 hours. Take roast out and place on a plate. 
  2. Shred with a fork. Place meat back in slow cooker and mix with juice. Serve on hamburger buns.
Cooking Method: Slow Cooker
Course: Dinner
