Seared Wagyu New York Steak

Ingredients:

1 Wagyu New York Steak or Ribeye
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Sprigs Rosemary
Salt and Pepper

Directions:

  1. Temper the steak for up to 60 minutes, then pat dry and season generously
  2. Sear in a heavy pan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side to buiild a crust
  3. Reduce heat. Baste with a mix of melted butter, garlic, and rosemary for a rich finish
  4. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain to ensure maximum tenderness
