Seared Wagyu New York Steak





Ingredients:
| 1 Wagyu New York Steak or Ribeye |
| 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil |
| 3 Tbsp Butter |
| 3 Cloves Garlic |
| 2 Sprigs Rosemary |
| Salt and Pepper |
Directions:
- Temper the steak for up to 60 minutes, then pat dry and season generously
- Sear in a heavy pan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side to buiild a crust
- Reduce heat. Baste with a mix of melted butter, garlic, and rosemary for a rich finish
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain to ensure maximum tenderness
