Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites

Serves 18 bites | 
Sweet protein-packed perfection.

Ingredients:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 oz dark chocolate chips, melted
Coarse salt, for topping, optional

Directions:

  1. Add the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract, honey, and salt to a mixing bowl. Stir together until well mixed and smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop out 18 portions of the mixture. Dip them into the melted chocolate. Then arrange on the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle a pinch of coarse salt on top.
  4. Place the sheet into the freezer. Allow to chill for at least 2 hours, until the bites are firm.
  5. Enjoy as an after-workout treat or afternoon snack.
