Mango Blackberry Beet Smoothie





Serves 2 |
Delicious, healthy, and full of antioxidants.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen mango |
1/2 cup frozen beet |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
3/4 cup frozen blackberries |
1 slice fresh ginger, 2-inch |
1 cup fresh spinach |
6 leaves fresh mint |
1 carrot, chopped |
2 cups water |
Directions:
- Add the mango, beet, lime juice, blackberries, ginger, spinach, mint, carrot, and water to a blender. Pulse until smooth. Add more water if too thick.
- Pour into tall serving glasses. Enjoy!
