Bianchini’s Baseball Pizza

Serves 1 Pizza | 

Ingredients:

1 ball Bianchini’s Pizza Dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup thinly slice mushrooms
1/2 green pepper, diced
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into 24 lengthwise strips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450˚F.
  2. Roll the dough out on lightly floured surface to a 15-inch diameter, about 1/4-inch
  3. thick. Transfer the dough to a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving 1-incha border. Scatter the
  5. mushrooms and green pepper overtop then sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese.
  6. With half of the red pepper strips, make two curved lines. Lay the other half of red
  7. pepper strips along the curves to make an X pattern, resembling baseball stitches.
  8. Place the pizza pan on middle rack of oven. Bake for 18-20 min.,
