Hot Honey Salmon Fillets





Serves 4 |
The perfect balance of sweet, spicy and savory.
Ingredients:
| 4 salmon fillets |
| 1/3 cup hot honey |
| 3 cloves garlic, minced |
| 2 tablespoons lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon smoked paprika |
| Sea salt, to taste |
| Ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425° F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
- Stir together the hot honey, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the hot honey mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the baking sheet into the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the glaze is caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving.
