Roast Beef and Cheddar Sliders

Serves 12 | 
Bite-sized morsels of deliciousness.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls, 12 oz.
12 slices cheddar cheese
1 lb deli roast beef
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon everything seasoning

Directions:

  1. Bring a pan to medium-low. Drizzle in the olive oil.
  2. Cut the yellow onion in thin half and separate. Add the onion to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for 20 minutes, until onions are caramelized remove from heat.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Cut the Hawaiian rolls lengthwise. Place the bottom portions on a baking sheet.
  5. Place 6 slices of cheddar cheese on the bottom rolls. Spread the BBQ sauce over the cheese. Then add the roast beef followed by the caramelized onions. Place the remaining 6 slices of cheddar on top of the onions. Place the top buns on to complete the slider.
  6. Brush the melted butter across the top buns. Sprinkle the everything seasoning over top.
  7. Place the slider baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and slice into 12 individual sliders. Enjoy!
