Spicy Corn Ribs





Serves 8 | 
Corn has never been this fun to eat!
Ingredients:
| 2 ears corn | 
| 1 tablespoon olive oil | 
| 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder | 
| 1/4 teaspoon onion powder | 
| 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika | 
| 1/2 teaspoon salt | 
| 1/4 teaspoon black pepper | 
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
 - Stand the corn up with the wider end on the bottom. Slice the corn in half lengthwise then slice the halves in half lengthwise, making four quarters.
 - Pour the olive oil into a bowl. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Stir together until well combined.
 - Generously brush the seasoning mixture over the corn.
 - Lay the corn on the baking tray and place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes, until the corn is crisp.
 - Remove from the oven and transfer to a platter. Enjoy!
