Spicy Corn Ribs

Corn has never been this fun to eat!

Ingredients:

2 ears corn
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Stand the corn up with the wider end on the bottom. Slice the corn in half lengthwise then slice the halves in half lengthwise, making four quarters.
  3. Pour the olive oil into a bowl. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Stir together until well combined.
  4. Generously brush the seasoning mixture over the corn.
  5. Lay the corn on the baking tray and place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes, until the corn is crisp.
  6. Remove from the oven and transfer to a platter. Enjoy!
