Slow Cooker Jalapeno Corn Dip

Serves 8 | 
Spicy, creamy, cheesy, and delicious!

Ingredients:

2 cans whole kernel corn, 15.25 oz each
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime

Directions:

  1. Pour the corn kernels, jalapenos, bacon, cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded Colby jack into a slow cooker. Turn on low and cook for 2 hours. Stirring occasionally.
  2. Spoon the dip into a large bowl. Top with queso fresco and cilantro. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the lime juice over top, then stir together.
  3. Serve with your favorite of chips. Enjoy!
