Caramel Pecan Clusters

Serves 10 cups | 
Four ingredients to sweet deliciousness!

Ingredients:

2 cups pecan halves
6 cups rice squares cereal
2 cups caramel bits
1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 300° F. Line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Combine the pecans and cereal in a large bowl. Set aside.
  3. Pour the caramel bits into a microwave-safe bowl then add the water. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the caramel over the pecans and cereal. Gently stir with a spatula to coat.
  5. Pour half of the coated pecans and cereal on each cookie sheet and spread out.
  6. Place the cookie sheets into the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Stir and flip, then bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven. Lift the parchment paper off the cookie sheets.
  8. Let cool completely, then break apart into clusters. Enjoy!
