Apple Cider Doughnut Cake

Sweet Autumn flavors in every bite.

Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix, 15.25 oz.
3 eggs
1 cup apple cider
1/2 cup cinnamon apple sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a Bundt pan with baking spray then sprinkle with flour.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cake mix, eggs, apple cider, and apple sauce. Once mixed, stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour mix into the Bundt pan.
  4. Place the Bundt pan in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the cake on a wire rack to cool for 20 minutes.
  5. While the cake is cooling, combine the melted butter, sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Spoon or brush the cinnamon sugar topping onto the cake before serving and enjoy!
