Blueberry Maple Turkey Patties





Serves 8 |
Perfectly seasoned, slightly sweet and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup |
2 cloves garlic, finely minced |
4 sage leaves, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon allspice |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
1/3 cup fresh blueberries |
1 teaspoon coconut oil |
Directions:
- Combine the ground turkey, maple syrup, garlic, allspice, cayenne pepper, ground ginger, thyme, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
- Add the blueberries to the turkey mixture and gently combine.
- Form the turkey mixture into 8 even sized patties.
- Add the coconut oil to a nonstick skillet and bring to medium heat. Once hot, add the turkey patties and cook for about 5 minutes per side.
- Transfer turkey patties to servings plates and enjoy!
