October is Seafood Month!

People all over the world love seafood, and there are about a thousand different ways you can eat it… So really, it’s hard to get sick of. From smoked salmon, to buttery lobster tails, to shrimp cocktail, to sushi, there’s a kind of seafood for just about everyone. The list goes on and on. What better way to celebrate this month than with simple pan-seared salmon drizzled with a sweet balsamic–honey glaze. It’s simply delicious!

Rate this Beer
KSA combines a thoughtful mixture of American bittering hops and traditional German malts to create a complex yet crisp take on the Kölsch style. Munich and Vienna malts construct the beer’s robust, rich grain flavor, while Saphir and Warrior hops bring balance through a clean finish.

Bright orchard fruits, brioche, toasted bread, and honeysuckle notes all emerge from this Chardonnay. It’s medium-bodied and has a tight, vibrant texture as well as some Burgundian style in its texture and acidity. It’s a beautiful effort.
