A unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries of Great Ships. A well-rounded, highly drinkable IPA. A bit of Caramel Malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

This wine is the perfect balance of lush fruit and fresh acidity. Its pale lemon hue hints at its freshness and the nose offers layers of mandarin orange pith, white nectarine, citrus blossom and grilled pineapple. On the palate, this wine has fuller body than our other chardonnays, yet the lengthy finish is dominated by tropical fruit and bright acid while the oak is restrained and offers additional elements of coconut and brioche. The wine is drinking well now and will continue to do so over the next 3-5 years.
