Shrimp Salad Sandwiches

Serves 4 | 
A seafood-lovers dream sandwich.

Ingredients:

 
1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayo, more for spreading on bread
3 celery stalks, minced
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
Ground Black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Place shrimp in a food processor and pulse until finely minced, transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add hard boiled eggs, mayo and celery to shrimp bowl, stir together. Add onion salt, celery salt, seasoning salt and pepper, stir to combine.
  3. Spread mayo on both sides of toasted bread. Spoon shrimp salad on 4 slices of the bread. Top with remaining bread slices and enjoy!
