Shrimp Salad Sandwiches

Serves 4 |
A seafood-lovers dream sandwich.
|1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined|
|3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped|
|1/2 cup mayo, more for spreading on bread|
|3 celery stalks, minced|
|1/4 teaspoon onion salt|
|1/4 teaspoon celery salt|
|1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt|
|Ground Black pepper, to taste|
- Place shrimp in a food processor and pulse until finely minced, transfer to a bowl.
- Add hard boiled eggs, mayo and celery to shrimp bowl, stir together. Add onion salt, celery salt, seasoning salt and pepper, stir to combine.
- Spread mayo on both sides of toasted bread. Spoon shrimp salad on 4 slices of the bread. Top with remaining bread slices and enjoy!
