Easy Watermelon Slushie

The perfect drink for warm weather.

Ingredients:

1 watermelon
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/4 cups sugar
Water, if needed

Directions:

  1. Cut watermelon into cubes. Place watermelon cubes in the freezer for 4 hours.
  2. In small batches, place frozen watermelon cubes in a blender. Pulse until liquified. Pour in lime juice and sugar. Pulse until well blended. (If consistency is too thick, add a small amount of water and blend together.)
  3. Pour watermelon slushie into serving glasses and enjoy.
