Garlic Ginger Sirloin Steak

Well balanced and incredibly flavorful.

Ingredients:

2 boneless beef top sirloin steak
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

Directions:

  1. Bring grill to high heat.
  2. Combine ginger, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Rub mixture over both sides of the steaks.
  4. Place steaks on grill and reduce heat to medium. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes and flip. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
  5. Remove steaks from grill and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
