Chili Lime Chicken Wings

Serves 6 | 
A little spicy, a little sweet, perfect for game day.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh lime juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
2 lb chicken wings and drumettes

Directions:

  1. Combine the lime juice, garlic, ginger, and chilis in a mixing bowl, mix together well. Add the chicken wings, toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at 1-4 hours, turning occasionally. Remove from the refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Once hot, place chicken wings on pan and grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and firm. Serve immediately.
