Bacon Wrapped Corn on the Cob

So simple and so darn delicious.

Ingredients:

8 ears corn, with husks
1 lb bacon

Directions:

  1. Gently pull back the husk exposing the corn. Do not remove the husk. Remove the corn silk. Soak the corn in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  3. Remove corn from the water and pat dry. Take a strip of bacon and wrap it around the corn. Fold the corn husk back over, covering the bacon and corn. Tie the leaves with string and repeat the process for each ear of corn.
  4. Place the ears of corn on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until bacon is cooked and corn is tender.
