A seafood classic that always satisfies.

Ingredients:

8 oz angel hair pasta
1/2 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/3 cup white wine
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add angel hair pasta and return pot to boil. Cook until al dente. Drain well.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter, saute garlic until tender, remove garlic and discard. Add shrimp until warm. Stir in white wine. The bread crumbs are used as thickening, so stir in a little at a time until desired thickness is reached.
