A yummy side dish that always satisfies.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons butter
3 russet potatoes, thinly sliced
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 sweet onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Layer potatoes into skillet and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook for 8 minutes.
  3. Add onion rings and cook uncovered for an additional 8-10 minutes, until potatoes are tender and browned. Turning potatoes and onions frequently.
