Louisiana-Style Potato Wedges

Serves 4 |
A spicy and simple side dish for BBQ’s and family dinners.
Ingredients:
3 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into large wedges |
1 tablespoon minced dried onion flakes |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
Cooking spray, for greasing foil |
Hot sauce, to taste |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine onion flakes, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and chili powder . Mix well. Add potato wedges to bowl; toss to coat.
- Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake potatoes for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and flip potatoes, place back in oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Drizzle hot sauce over potatoes and enjoy!
