Louisiana-Style Potato Wedges

Serves 4 | 
A spicy and simple side dish for BBQ’s and family dinners.

Ingredients:

3 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into large wedges
1 tablespoon minced dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Cooking spray, for greasing foil
Hot sauce, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine onion flakes, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and chili powder . Mix well. Add potato wedges to bowl; toss to coat.
  3. Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake potatoes for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and flip potatoes, place back in oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Drizzle hot sauce over potatoes and enjoy!
