A Taste of the Emerald Isle

St. Patrick’s Day is finally here! Stop in today to find two delectable varieties of corned beef for dinner tonight. First, is Bianchini’s Signature Brined Corned Beef, based on a family recipe that’s been handed down through several generations. We begin with high-quality beef brisket that we trim and brine on site. Our signature brined corned beef delivers the traditional corned beef flavor you know and love with a distinctive Bianchini’s twist that you won’t find anywhere else. Second, is our Guinness-Infused Corned Beef, a delicious twist on Bianchini’s Signature Corned Beef. By adding Guinness during the brining process, we have infused richer, more complex flavor into the beef. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind taste experience. Don’t forget to pick up a loaf of Woodside Bakery’s Irish Soda Bread and a couple of Guinness to complete your St. Patrick’s Day meal. Savor the Flavors of St. Patrick ’s Day

With St. Patrick’s Day falling on Monday next week, we’re celebrating all this week in anticipation of the Irish holiday. Bianchini’s has specially prepared two mouthwatering varieties of premium corned beef to serve as the main course for your St. Patrick’s Day meals. First, we have Bianchini’s Signature Brined Corned Beef, based on a family recipe that’s been passed down for over three generations. We start with a cut of high-quality beef brisket that’s trimmed and brined on site. Delivering the traditional corned beef flavor you know and love, but with a unique Bianchini’s twist that you can’t find anywhere else. Second, we have our Guinness-Infused Corned Beef, a delicious spin on our Signature Corned Beef. We’ve added Guinness to the brine, imbuing richer, more complex flavors into the beef. A one-of-a-kind experience. As a tasty accompaniment to corned beef, we suggest Woodside Bakery’s Irish Soda Bread with a pint of cold Guinness. Woodside has made their version of traditional Irish soda bread with just four simple ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt and milk. Each loaf has a distinctively firm crust with a tender, yet firm center. Woodside’s Irish Soda Bread is a favorite for a reason! It’s truly delicious and unique to the Bay Area.

Bite Into National Tortilla Chip Day

Today we’re celebrating the crunchy triangle we all love, the tortilla chip! National Tortilla Chip Day is held annually on February 24th. The triangle-shaped tortilla chip was popularized by Rebecca Webb Carranza in the 1940s. She sought a way to use the misshapen tortillas that were rejected from the automated tortilla manufacturing machine. She cut the tortillas into triangles, fried them, and sold them for a dime a bag. Stop by our store and pick up a bag of Bianchini’s tortilla chips and enjoy their crispy, crunchy goodness. And be sure to try our nacho recipe below.
