The Masters Golf Tournament begins this Thursday and ends Sunday, April 7th – 10th.
Held annually in Augusta, Georgia, The Masters is the first of four major golf championships for the PGA. To celebrate the occasion, Bianchini’s famous Pimento Cheese Spread will be on sale. Did You Know That April is Grilled Cheese Month?
Every week in April we will be featuring a new, yummy grilled cheese from our comfort food recipe collection. This weeks recipe features Point Reyes Original Blue and Toma Cheese. Original Blue is a rindless classic style blue cheese that has an ultra-creamy texture, a pronounced blue flavor softened by a sweet fresh milk taste and peppery finish. Point Reyes Toma is aged for 90 days in wax, giving the cheese its creamy semi-hard texture, rich, buttery flavor and mildly herbaceous finish. Both of these Point Reyes cheeses are perfectly suited for making a mouthwatering grilled cheese sandwich that you’ll be craving all April long.

Bianchini’s Lenten Seafood Festival Continues with Fresh Rainbow Trout as the Feature of the Week.
Did you know that rainbow trout get their name from the beautiful colors that reflect off their skin? The rainbow trout’s coloration varies widely depending on their sex, their habitat and their maturity. Their colors on their backs range from olive green to brown, while some have even been shown to be dark blue. All rainbow trout have a pinkish band that runs the length of their middle, a silver underside that fades to pearl white, and small black spots on their back, fins and tail.
