Delicious and Vibrant Rainbow Trout
Our Lenten Seafood Festival marches on with a delicious new featured fish, Rainbow Trout. Belonging to the Salmonidae family, this species of trout is native to the cold-water tributaries of the Pacific Ocean. Owing their name to the beautifully colored olive and iridescent pinkish-red and yellowish-white scales that run along their flanks with a starfield of black spots that drape down its body.
