St. Patty's Day Tradition

This weekend serve the Best Corned Beef in Town prepared  just for you in store. Our recipe has been handed down for three generations! Our staff starts with a quality center cut brisket that is then well  trimmed of fat. We make our own brine and the beef is pumped and  brined on site to produce a delicious flavor for your St. Patrick’s Day meal.
