A Beautiful Presentation

Rainbow trout is one of our favorite fishes to cook at home. It cooks quickly, is easy to season, and the fish tastes sweet and tender. For this recipe, we're using whole trout. It's flavored primarily with onions, lemon slices, dill and thyme, and is baked whole in the oven. Once done, the fish releases easily from the bones.
