A Bianchini's Seafood Favorite

An easy to make Italian-American fisherman’s stew that’s a lighter alternative to heavy holiday meals – Cioppino is absolutely delicious with the right ingredients! It has shrimp, crab, clams, mussels, squid and scallops. It’s a seafood feast, all in one bowl! The trick is using the highest quality seafood from Bianchini’s. Cioppino is typically served with the shellfish still in their shells, making for somewhat messy eating. It’s a lot of fun for an informal gathering. Be sure to have plenty of napkins available and don’t wear white!
