Baked Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Not your everyday cheesy nachos.

Ingredients:

1 bag tortilla chips, 13 oz.
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup water
1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  2. Pour the entire bag of tortilla chips onto a baking sheet. Spread out evenly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Buffalo wing sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika and water. Stir together well. Add the shredded chicken and stir to coat.
  4. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over the tortilla chips. Spoon the chicken mixture over the top of the cheese. Add the sliced jalapenos.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven to cook for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and transfer to a large plate and enjoy!
