Triple Chocolate Brownies





Serves 16 |
A chocolate lovers dream made real.
Ingredients:
| 1 stick unsalted butter |
| 1 baking bar semisweet chocolate, chopped |
| 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 1 cup sugar |
| 2 eggs |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder |
| 1/2 cup flour |
| 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
| Cooking spray, for baking pan |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Coat a large baking pan with cooking spray.
- Place butter and chocolate in a small saucepan, bring to low heat, stirring occasionally until melted. Remove saucepan from the heat, whisk in cocoa powder and set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla, and espresso powder until the mixture is pale and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Whisk the melted chocolate into the egg mixture, mixing until thoroughly combined. Stir in the flour and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, transfer to the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Allow brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
